Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
